Bisli Vazquez was born in Pinogana, a small town in Panama, Central America where flowers adorn the everyday life. Owner of Bisli Event Services, she has been in business for over 19 years and the company has been showcased in various media outlets including, TV shows, radio programs, magazine and newspaper articles both at a national and international level. Bisli's work as been seen on WEtv's Platinum Weddings, Bravo's Top Chef Texas, and KENS 5's Good day SA. She has been published in Event Solutions magazine, San Antonio magazine, Texas Brides magazine, The knot, Today’s Texas Women, Transforming Today’s World, and has donned the cover of Fashion and Life.

Bisli also is very involved with her community as the city coordinator for Brides Against Breast Cancer, and the Design Director of Transforming Today’s World magazine. She was a 2011 Finalist for ES Designer of the Year, 2012 Floral Designer of the Year spotlight award winner, a 2012 tabletop award winner, Industry expert award winner as San Antonio Best floral designer and listed among the top100 Best Event Designers in the United States.

In 2012, Bisli was also recognized by David Tutera during the Idea factory closing session, for her passion for design, knowledge of the industry and attention to detail.
