Eddie Diaz is the creative conjuror, driving force and owner of Encore Creations, a strategic special event company that specializes in the creation, design, marketing and production of Business, Social and Destination Events. An award winning event producer, show designer and creative director, Eddie began his entrepreneurial journey as a child producing and directing his own backyard musical reviews and selling lemons at a stand. He has studies in graphic design, television production, interior design, theater and business at the University of the Sacred Heart, University of Central Florida, and earned a B.S in Business from the University of Phoenix.

Eddie has 20 years of experience in the entertainment industry. From small businesses and start ups to INC 500 companies, his credits include creation, design, marketing and production of stage shows, themed environments, and special events nationally and internationally for Walt Disney Entertainment, Universal Studios Entertainment, Premier Cruise Lines, Minor League Baseball, General Electric, Scholastic Book Fairs, Pirates Dinner Adventures, McDonald’s, Mercantile Commercial Capital, Worldventures, Brevard Zoo, to name a few.

His creativity, dedication and passion have been recognized by industry professionals like Florida Biz Bash, Event-Solutions Magazine, Orlando Style Magazine, ISES and Catersource. Winner of the Event Solutions Spotlight Award 2006 Rising Star, “20 under 40” by Florida BizBash, 2009 Creative Director of the Year and just this year winner of the 2010 Event Producer of the Year.
