Filomena has worked in the Special Events Industry for over 15 years.  She came from a 23 year career in textiles and manufacturing. Filomena started part time assisting one of the area’s top planners on weekends before switching to a full time sales position with a specialty linen company. In 2005 she joined Rentals Unlimited as Regional Director of Sales in Rhode Island based out of Newport.  Filomena build the Rhode Island market to over 1 million dollars in sales in a short time.  She is now Vice President of Sales at Rentals Unlimited overseeing twelve sales consultants in six showrooms, Stoughton, Boston, Woburn, Cape Cod, Newport RI and Providence RI.

Filomena is currently the President of ISES Rhode Island chapter. She has been a speaker at The Special Events Show for the past three years.  Filomena was recently a speaker at ISES Eventworld 2012 in Dallas.  Filomena is a member of MPI, ARA, Rhode Island Wedding Group. Other accolades include ISES RI Rising Star in 2007, 2009 and 2012 Rental Company of the Year Event Solutions Spotlight Award Finalist (Rentals Unlimited).
