Darrell Mullis, founder of Stratactics a leading expert with over 20 years of experience in teaching finance to non-financial professionals. Darrell has a degree in Civil Engineering from N.C. State University and got his front line business experience as a general contractor in residential and commercial construction. He is the author of The Accounting Game™ and spent many years as master trainer of that seminar.

Using Darrell’s knowledge and expertise in experiential learning, Stratactics’ activity based financial training programs have been delivered in North and South America, Europe, the Middle East, the Mediterranean, and the Far East. He has worked with companies of all sizes in creating programs that take the mystery out of finance and turn managers and employees into engaged and effective decision makers.

Darrell’s objective at Stratactics is to use these two cornerstone elements of leadership – finance and communication, to help companies create ‘big picture strategic thinkers’ who can sustain performance, growth and innovation throughout the organization.
